The development needs of leaders and elites are usually unique and complex. We evaluate each issue at micro and macro levels– outside challenges and resources and internal capacities and potentials. We often start with the Diagnostic Program (DP) to explore root causes and then choose the best shots and implementations.
Case Study 1: Get the Senior Executive Team Ready
An institution needs to build a senior executive team and is interested in our Good to Great Leadership CLASS 1: Focus on the Big Picture, Be Effective. However, they did not choose training effectively as missing the big picture can have many underlying causes that require different solutions. In addition, the right focus cannot guarantee execution success if leadership styles, conflict management, resilience, team building, team collaboration, and others are insufficient. It is better to start with DP on participants and survey non-participants and then choose the right program or have a customize program.
Case Study 2: Which Conflicts to Manage, Internal or External?
Many people favor the Good to Great Leadership CLASS 2: Leadership Style, Conflict Management, Hearts & Minds. In fact, some people may need to take CLASS 1 to minimize self-induced conflicts first. Some may need to optimize innovation to strengthen conflict management solutions. It is better to start with DP and then develop a customize program.
