Leaders and elites usually have unique and complex development needs. We evaluate their needs at micro and macro levels– their challenges and resources as well as their capacities and potentials. We also use the Diagnostic Program (DP) to explore their IQ, EQ, non-IQ and non-EQ causes, get to the root causes of their behaviors, and make the learning and implementation easy and fast. We inform clients if their issues have no fast solutions and help them make wise investments.
Case Study 1: Get the Senior Executive Team Ready
An institution needs to build a senior executive team and is interested in our Good to Great Leadership CLASS 1: Focus on the Big Picture, Be Effective. However, missing the big picture can have many underlying causes that require different solutions. Also, the right focus cannot guarantee execution success if they miss execution tools, for example, conflict management, resilience, team building, team collaboration, and others. Due to their budget, we started with the diagnostic on some participants, learned more about their business management, developed a custom program, and achieved exceptional results.
Case Study 2: Which Conflicts to Manage, Internal or External?
Many people favor the Good to Great Leadership CLASS 2: Leadership Style, Conflict Management, Hearts & Minds. In fact, some people may need to minimize self-induced conflicts first, which is a part of CLASS 1. Some may need to optimize innovation to strengthen conflict management. Thus, we started with the diagnostic, developed a custom program, and achieved outstanding results.
Case Study 3: Recharge Fully
A global institution had offices in all time zones, and many of its team members could not recharge fully, which impacted their performance and work-life balance. Some left the company. What failed them was their limited tools and focus. Via the 6Q tools and management, many team members improved their physical and mental recharge at least 50%. Those who could not improve significantly had more job accommodation.
