Deal with Stress, Be Happy & Be Healthy

How to deal with stress is different from how to lead and innovate.  To be able to manage team’s physical and mental health often win CEOs and other executives a lot of social credits.

Studies found that 100% of CEOs (Vistage) and 80% of workers (Harris) suffer from stress, which is why 70% primary clinical visits are stress-related, for example, Heart disease, stroke, insomnia, diabetes, headache, fibromyalgia, etc. Meditation, yoga, deep breathing and medical treatments are only symptom relief.   Many executives control stress through smoking, alcohol and drug and develop additional illnesses, such as addiction and lung cancer.

Nothing can maximize success and minimize stress and setbacks better than the right direction and sufficient tools.  For leaders, the right tools include how to focus on the big picture, be effective and innovative, build sufficient leadership styles, conflict management and resilience, etc.

STAGE 2.  Be Ready for the Worst
Setbacks and failures often come with the worst stress and cause severe health issues, such as heart attack and stroke.  To be able to handle setbacks and failures is essential to not only business success, but also personal health.  Exceptional leaders should “Be Happy, Be Your Own Doctor First,” so they can manage the physical and mental health of their own and their team and take charge of their success and human capital efficiently.
